Award-Winning Campaign for Domestic Abuse Awareness
We’re thrilled to share with you the work that earned us a Gold DRUM Award for Content: Charity or Not for Profit and a Silver DRUM Award for Social Purpose: Content for Good.
We teamed up with Vodafone for this year’s International Women’s Day, to do more than just talk about change—we wanted to create change.
From the first brainstorm to the final edits, our focus was clear: raise awareness of domestic abuse and help those affected find real life-changing support. The ask was to drive attention and downloads for Bright Sky, an app providing resources for those impacted by domestic abuse.
For this campaign, we focused on telling 3 unique stories across social media in the style of typical social tutorials but we flipped the script. Each one starts as a relatable lifestyle video before we draw back the curtain to reveal the hidden signs of abuse.
The response was incredible, reaching over 64 million viewers and driving a 300% increase in Bright Sky downloads.
This recognition for the campaign means the world to us, the team at Vodafone—and more importantly, it means people are getting the support they need.
